This past month, Adirondack Health & Wellness has been participating in a FitBit Challenge! We wanted to come up with a fun way for our staff to get moving because sitting at a desk all day can take a toll on your body. The goal is for everyone to walk the doctor recommended 10,000 steps per day (5 miles). Whoever walks the most steps wins a free day of paid time off…and who doesn’t want that?!
